OUR MISSION; It is the intent and goal of the Budd Lake Fire Department (Fire Division) to provide the safest Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Assistance and Education to both it’s members and the general public. The manner in which we will provide these services shall be systematically approached and in accordance with the safest practices and procedures of the Budd Lake Fire Department (Fire Division). Above all, it is the intent of the Budd Lake Fire Department (Fire Division) to provide the safest and quickest out come of any Emergency or Non – Emergency Incident that is confronted by the Budd Lake Fire Department (Fire Division).

  • Electrical Fire at the Mall @ 206

  • Tender into Washington Twp.
    Recently the Tender along with Car 52 responded to Washington Twp. for a house fire. Tender 57 stood by at the scene then was released after a half hour.
  • C.M.S visit local government
    The department participated in local government visit by the 3rd graders from Chester M. Stephen School kids toured the Municipal Building then out to see the police, Fire and Ambulances. It is great to see the kids learning.
  • May Crashes
    The month of May may have brought flowers but also many car accidents. The Rescue responded to several crashes most minor injuries a few were had some more serious injuries. The jaws of life were used 3 times please drive with caution and don’t be distracted.
  • Honoring a Hero
    On May 31st, 2026, was the 15th anniversary of the passing and line of duty death of Assistant Chief Thomas Shields.
